A few years ago, my life took an unexpected turn when I started experiencing severe back pain, and I could not find any relief, no matter what I tried. Faced with the challenge of navigating this debilitating condition, I began a personal health journey that ultimately led me to discover the transformative power of lifestyle changes. Through my own research, trial, and error, I not only managed to minimize my back pain but also took control of perimenopause symptoms that had begun to surface. This eye-opening experience sparked my passion for helping others navigate their health challenges and embrace a holistic approach to well-being. I developed a deep understanding of my mind/body connection, and listening to what my body told me became second nature. I had never thought of health coaching, yet suddenly, the idea of turning my lifestyle into my career seemed like the purpose and passion I had been searching for.
My transition to health coaching was born out of a genuine desire to share my journey's invaluable lessons and insights. I received my certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN). As an Integrative Nutritional Health Coach , I draw on the unique combination of my previous career in fashion design and my personal victory over health obstacles to offer a holistic and relatable approach to well-being. My mission is to inspire and guide women on their individual paths to optimal health, using my firsthand experiences to provide practical advice and support.
Whether managing perimenopause, overcoming chronic pain, or simply adopting wellness as a priority, I am dedicated to helping others transform their lives with healthier lifestyle habits. Through personalized coaching, I empower women to take charge of their health, just as I did, and to discover the incredible potential of embracing a balanced and mindful approach to life.
